Nomads Route Map

Finally I found a cool map that I could plot our route on so you can actually see where we have been.  If you click on each of the places it will take you to some stories from there too. Mexico is such a cool country, we love everything about it.  To think we were originally going to use it as a bit of a stopover destination was clearly highly underestimated.

Yep there’s even squirrels here!

The ongoing route goes a bit like this…

Next week to San Cristobal de las casas in Chiapas for our last week in Mexico until we come back to Yucatan.

July  – Quetzaltenango, second largest city in Guatemala, commonly known as Xela (sheyla) and a lot easier to pronounce.  It is here that we are enrolled in school to learn Spanish for 25 hours a week! Holy Crap did I say 25 hours a week at school?

August – Guatemala touring or still learning Spanish! and making our way up through Belize and exploring the Yucatan.

September – Yucatan and Mayan exploring, AND going to our first Travel Bloggers Conference.

October – Crikey not even out of Mexico yet … hope we will get down through El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama

After that well wait and see!

At this rate we will be coming back to this continent in 2015.

  1. Where did you find a map that you could use like that? I think I’d like to add that to our web site too.

BTW, I read your blog by RSS feed (using Caffeinated on a Mac), and would prefer not having the info duplicated in my email inbox. Any chance you can send me your ebook without my having to subscribe to email for it? (using the email on this post)
